Dealer Relationship

Wisconsin Carports & Steel Buildings acts solely as an independent authorized dealer for licensed manufacturers. Wisconsin Carports & Steel Buildings does not manufacture, install, or warranty the structures sold.

Once an order is placed, the manufacturer assumes responsibility for production, scheduling, delivery, installation, warranty service, and repairs.

‍

Additional Information

‍

• Failure by the customer to promptly submit required forms, signatures, deposits, or other requested documentation may delay the processing of the order.

• All lead times are estimates only and are provided by the manufacturer. Lead times may change due to weather conditions, supply chain delays, regional scheduling, or other circumstances outside the control of Wisconsin Carports & Steel Buildings.

• The customer is responsible for providing a flat, level, and properly prepared installation site, free of debris or obstructions. • If the site is not properly prepared at the time of installation, installation may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.

• The customer is solely responsible for obtaining any required permits, zoning approvals, or site compliance requirements. Wisconsin Carports & Steel Buildings and the manufacturer are not responsible for local permitting requirements.

• Engineering drawings may be available for purchase from the manufacturer where applicable; however, availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of Responsibility

‍

Wisconsin Carports & Steel Buildings is not responsible for delivery schedules, installation timelines, construction delays, or warranty work, as these are controlled solely by the manufacturer.

‍

Wisconsin Carports & Steel Buildings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, permitting issues, installation scheduling, or site preparation.

Cancellation Policy

‍

72-Hour Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order within  72 hours of signing the purchase agreement  for a full refund. The 72-hour period begins at the time of signature.

‍

Non-Refundable Deposit

After the 72-hour cancellation window has passed, the down payment becomes non-refundable.

‍

Building Permit Rejection

A refund of the down payment may be issued if a  building permit is formally denied within 30 days of purchase  . Written proof of permit denial must be provided. The refund amount may be adjusted to account for administrative and processing costs.

‍

Delivery & Installation

As an authorized dealer, Wisconsin Carports & Steel Buildings does not control delivery or installation schedules. Delays in manufacturing, delivery, or installation do not qualify for a refund of the down payment.

Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted  in writing  to:  sales@wisconsincarports.com

within the applicable cancellation period.
